What we collect
When you send an enquiry or ask for a quote we collect the details you type: your name, your contact details, the address of the job, and whatever you tell us about the work. If you call, we keep a note of the call.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, quote for the work, carry it out, and keep the records a business is required to keep. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for anything you did not contact us about.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to twelve months. Records for work carried out are kept for six years, which is what tax and insurance require.
Who we share it with
FORGE Agentic Marketing (ICO registration ZC176397) built this website and processes enquiries, bookings and invoices on our behalf under a written data processing agreement. FORGE stores that data with Supabase, hosts this site and its files with Vercel, and sends email with Resend. Nobody else receives your data unless the law requires it, and everyone who handles it on our behalf is bound to protect it. We can export or delete everything held about you on request.
Cookies
This site uses only what it needs to work. Anything that measures how the site is used is set only if you agree, and you can decline without losing any of the site. Where this site shows posts from our Instagram, they come from Instagram, which is run by Meta and sets its own cookies, so they load only if you agree or choose to show them.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to how we use it. Call 07934893601 and we will answer within one month.
How we protect it
The site is served over an encrypted connection, access to enquiry records is limited to the people who need it, and our suppliers are chosen on the same basis.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with the date above.
