Terms and conditions
Quotes
A quote is based on what we can see and what you tell us. It holds for 30 days. If the job turns out to be different once work starts, we stop and agree the change with you before carrying on.
The work
We carry out the work with reasonable care and skill, to the standards that apply to our trade, and we leave the site clean.
Payment
Payment is due as set out on your quote or invoice. Where a deposit is asked for, work is scheduled once it is received.
Guarantee
Our workmanship is guaranteed. Materials carry whatever guarantee their manufacturer gives. Fair wear and tear, damage by others and problems caused by something outside the work we did are not covered.
Cancelling
Tell us as early as you can. Where you have engaged us at home you have the cancellation rights the law gives you, and we set those out in writing with your quote.
Access and safety
We need safe access to the work area at the agreed time. If we cannot get in, or the site is not safe to work in, we may have to rearrange.
Photographs on this website
Some images on this website may be illustrative rather than photographs of our own completed work, and are replaced with our own photographs as they become available.
